Junior Solutions Engineer

What You Will Do:

  • Write reliable, scalable, efficient code and automation scripts.
  • Be able to effectively deploy production scale systems in a cloud environment.
  • Wwork well in a global team across different time zones.
  • Understand clients’ business and identify unique problems that can be solved technologically.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences and other related events as required

Flexible Career Progression Plan

  • Become a consultant and subject matter expert to external clients, Product Managers, Software Engineering teams, Business Development team.
  • Be able to recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement and deploy a complete solution.
  • Define and advocate best practices to external clients.
  • Manage the technical relationship with external clients.
  • Influencing roadmap and product development by communicating clients’ business requirements as technical specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Understanding of basic web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, etc)
  • Exposure with 1 or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Devops
  • Exposure to DevOps and/or CI/CD tools such as Docker, Chef, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Puppet
  • Familiarity with 1 or more programming or scripting languages (Java, C, C++, Go, Python, Shell, JavaScript)
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences preferred
  • 1 year of working experience in software development or devops preferred
  • Heavy interest in Blockchain technologies and the fintech industry
  • Ability to speak and write in a combination of either English, Chinese, Bahasa (Indonesia) or Thai fluently preferred
