Jaroungpon has more than 30 years of experience in the Thai Capital Market working with both regulators and participants including SEC, SET, stockbrokers, commercial banks and funds. During her public stint, she was the manager of the Association of Securities Companies (ASCO) and was the Founder and President of the Thai Bond Market Association (Thai BMA). For the past 17 years, she worked in the private sector and was Director and Head of Securities Services (Custody Services) at Bangkok Bank, and served as director of Deutsche Bank. During her 11.5 years with Deutsche Bank, she spearheaded the company to offer public funds and private funds, and custody services solutions for their cross-border investments in global markets. During the same period, she was elected by the Thai custodian banks as Chairman of the Custodian Club, Thailand. She also worked closely with SEC, SET and stockbrokers to introduce transferable depository receipts (TDR) in the Thai market.
