HR Executive

The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager to run and handle the hiring demands of the Company. As the Company is currently undergoing rapid expansions, the primary responsibility of this candidate is to focus on recruitment exercise and bringing in talents through hires of suitable candidates as well as retaining talents. The Executive will also help out in all documentation work in policies and processes in compliance with the requirements of Standard Adoptions or Company’s Governances.

You are part of a core member of HR and Operational team that will shape the corporate culture of the Company to prepare our employees to be flexible, adaptable, and engaging to provide best-in-class “employee experience” amid this pandemic working environment. You will strengthen the HR/Operations team to collectively create a motivating and highly conducive working environment for all staff members to stay productive and excel in the Company.

Your Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for HR activities and initiatives such as, but not limited to:

  • Assist the HR Manager in all recruitment activities and administrative functions
  • Manage job postings on various social media platforms
  • Increase STACS outreach and exposure to different universities, platforms and portals
  • Planning of activities and initiatives that boost staff’s moral and reduce staff turnover
  • Performing documentation work pertaining to required policies, processes or procedures as and when assigned by Supervisors
  • Assisting HR Manager on the onboarding process of new candidates as well as undertaking all administrative functions in the selection, interviewing, recruitment & termination processes
Requirements
  • A good basic degree from a recognized university/polytechnic
  • Good analytical and documentation skills are required. Meticulous and detailed
  • One who could communicate well with all levels of management and staff
  • Resilient, resourceful and has a strong sense of ownership that is committed to see through a task from start to finish
  • Able to work independently and deliver under tight pressure
  • A bubbly fun-loving personality that genuinely loves to work with people and that has the passion to help build the best HR practices and working environment for all
  • Prior experiences in HR work especially in recruitment roles is advantageous but not essential
  • Well verse in Microsoft 365 Office applications is needed
