Account and Admin Executive

The Account and Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting both the financial and operational functions of the organization. This role will require the candidate to have a basic understanding of finance, accounting, and business administration, as well as experience in operations management. The candidate should be able to assist in financial reporting, perform basic financial analysis, and coordinate operations under the guidance of senior team members.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for operational activities and initiatives such as, but not limited to:

  • Engage with customers to drive adoption, close new sales and upsells
  • Operates as the main point of contact for assigned institutional customer/ FIs/ Banks
  • Assist operations team on grant submissions and grant claims
  • Explore the use of different monitoring tools to track and classify activities according to relevant grants
  • Management of timesheet systems needed for grant submission
  • Monitoring and maintenance of all risk/action registers and logs as and when assigned by Supervisors for corporate governance controls
  • Participate in all documentation work relating to policies, procedures and manuals for Finance/Operations/HR Departments
  • Assist in all surveys as and when requested by regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate operations processes such as inventory management, procurement, and logistics
  • Help in preparing and filing financial statements and reports for regulatory compliance
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Operations Management preferred. Polytechnics or ‘A’ level fresh graduates in relevant subjects backgrounds will also be considered
  • Experience in preparing a financial set of reports or office administrative function will be advantages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting and financial software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
